鍘黃景泰鄭永金　馬英九：衝擊選情仍須貫徹黨紀

年底縣市長選舉，國民黨在基隆市、新竹縣面臨分裂，基隆市議長黃景泰及前新竹縣長鄭永金違紀參選，國民黨中央考紀會上午同意地方建議，一致通過開除黃鄭的黨籍，並將開除決議送下午中常會通過，據轉述，國民黨主席馬英九對此表示痛心，他強調，開除兩人黨籍對竹縣、基市選情一定會有所衝擊，但黨必須展現紀律、貫徹黨紀。

除了黃鄭之外，考紀會也對代表新黨參選台北市議員的媒體人楊世光、曾邀請在野台北市長參選人柯文哲發表專題演講的北市西安里長孫悊祭出黨紀，楊孫兩人也被開除黨籍。至於市議員選舉相關違紀案，也將等地方考紀會提出處分建議後，再由黨中央考紀會開會處理。（晏明強／台北報導）
