贓車借女友騎　情侶竊盜罪送辦

桃園縣1名黃姓女子，今天凌晨騎乘機車行經大園交流道附近，碰上保安大隊巡邏警察，疑似心虛將機車停靠陰暗處，警方查出黃女騎乘贓車，黃女供稱，機車是向曾姓男友借來，平時用來接送小孩上、下課，警方將黃女帶回調查，並通知她男友到警局釐清案情。

曾男在警局時竟供出，機車是前妻所有，今年5月間以自備鑰匙將機車騎走，不知前妻為何報案失竊，但機車借給黃姓女友時，告訴她機車報案失竊，儘量不要騎乘，警方聽了傻眼，直呼離譜，一個明知贓車還出借，另一個明知贓車還照騎乘不誤，偵訊後，將2人依竊盜罪嫌移送偵辦。（石明啟／桃園報導）
