卡內基國際和平基金會副會長包道格今天就兩岸貨貿協議表示，台灣對大陸在此擁有許多優勢，希望民眾不要將非理性的恐懼帶入協定。

兩岸貨品貿易協議談判10日起將在台灣舉行，包道格（Douglas Paal）指出，台灣對大陸在貨貿上擁有許多優勢，希望民眾不要將非理性的恐懼帶入協定，因為協議在成熟的方式下產生，這對台灣有利。

他說，如果這些協議能通過，台灣經濟成長將會更好，超越許多人的瞭解。

對於服貿協議，包道格強調，希望台灣能採行，台灣對大陸在服貿方面也占有優勢，錯失機會將面臨失敗，機會必須把握。(中央社)
