20罐啤酒半瓶高粱　男睡一晚酒測仍超標

中秋烤肉貪杯別上路啊！新北市樹林區1名46歲的吳姓男子，今天上午9時許出門買早餐，遭警攔檢發現酒測值達0.41毫克，當場依公共危險罪嫌逮捕。吳男喊冤：「都睡一晚了，還是有酒精？」警方追問才發現，昨晚吳男與友人喝酒烤肉慶祝中秋，直到今天凌晨2時許才休息，休息6小時酒測值仍超標。

「真的有好好休息！」吳男向警方表示，昨晚在家烤肉喝酒，灌了約20罐海尼根啤酒與半瓶高梁，原本以為睡了1晚酒精己退去，沒想到還是遭逮。警方訊後依公共危險罪嫌，將吳男移送法辦。（黃靖文／新北報導）
