富邦金控董事長蔡明忠，今年六月氣憤的指控香港馬會過河拆橋，讓北富銀承接的首屆運動彩券六年多來，虧損超過百多億元。

蔡明忠像是受害人般講得很委屈，但卻有離職員工向本刊爆料：「富邦運彩在得標過程，涉嫌收買評委，有評委旗下的子公司，在得標前就和富邦簽訂密約；評委在審議期間，甚至還洩題給北富銀…」點我看影音
