戰績黑壓壓　太空人隊更換總教練

近兩年戰績不佳的太空人隊今天宣布，解除與總教練波特(Bo Porter)、板凳教練崔柏利(Dave Termbley)職務，由羅雷斯(Tom Lawless)擔任過渡總教練(Interim manager)，球團總經理魯諾(Jeff Luhnow)說：「這是件困難的事，也是具有挑戰性的一天。」
 
波特過去在國民擔任三壘指導教練，2013被太空然延攬接下球隊轉到美國聯盟後的首任總教練，不過2年來戰績都不理想，他在任期間率隊拿下110勝、190敗，勝率3成67的成績，去年還創下單季111敗的隊史最慘記錄。
 
不過魯諾表示，更換波特與球隊戰績沒有直接關係，球團只是認為這是個可以往前發展的時間點，一個新的球隊領導會讓太空人有最好的利益。波特也很坦然接受球團決定說：「我想要感謝太空人球團給了我大聯盟生涯首次的總教練執教機會，我將會繼續尋找下個在大聯盟的機會。」(賴德剛／綜合報導)
