中國擁俄反對制裁　稱要政治解決

針對歐盟昨天研擬新一波對俄制裁，中國對此反對，並稱會「複雜化」情勢。
 
《路透》報導，歐盟高層昨天在比利時聚會，對俄國發出通牒，指普丁若不在期限內撤出俄軍，準備施加新一波制裁。對此中國外交部發言人秦剛今天表示，「制裁將無法解決潛在問題，只有政治解決才是唯一解套辦法。」「制裁會導致情勢複雜化。」
 
中國對烏克蘭危機發言一項相當謹慎，一方面深怕破壞與北方重要盟友關係，另方面又擔心克里米亞公投入俄，會加速對西藏獨立聲浪。此外，中國又稱願意繼續和烏克蘭保持「友好合作」，尊重其領土與主權。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
