徐旭東：基本薪資2萬太低 　GDP要成長

遠東集團徐元智紀念基金會昨舉辦2014「遠東建築新人獎-亞洲建築新人戰台灣選拔賽」。遠東集團董事長徐旭東表示，勞動部新核定的基本工資2萬元是很低的，問題在於這段時間的GDP不夠，應努力讓GDP成長才對。
 
遠東集團徐元智紀念基金會為擴大獎勵台灣優秀大學院校建築相關科系學生從事設計創作，昨舉辦2014「遠東建築新人獎-亞洲建築新人戰台灣選拔賽」。對於勞動部近期核定的基本工資2萬元又加8元，徐旭東說，很低，主因是GDP成長不夠，且基本工資和鄰國相比也不夠，建議基本工資未來應定期制度化討論。
 
此外，對於高雄氣爆的意外事件，他則強調，高雄應該需要設立石化專區，這樣可以解決市區住宅埋設地下石化管線隱憂。且中油五輕若一旦關閉停產，石化下游廠商會遭殃，民眾將失去工作機會，屆時甚至連汽油都要仰賴進口。
 
而遠東集團先前標下的台北市信義計畫區A13地塊，徐旭東對此地開發進度，他僅說，台北市政府只多核准百餘個停車位。這樣並不符合購物人潮需求，應該修正。(周義朗╱台北報導)
