政府潛藏負債增1.5兆　台聯立委憂希臘化

台聯立委葉津鈴上午發新聞稿指出，明年度中央政府總預算入不敷出，差短達1604億元，且截至今年6月，各級政府預估潛藏負債高達17兆529億元，比去年預估的15兆5199億元增加1兆5330億元，若馬政府不積極進行年金改革，國庫遲早破產，台灣恐將希臘化。

葉津鈴指出，雖然明年度總預算差短1604億元較今年差短2093億元，減少489億元，但主因是明年度課稅收入預估增加481億元，恐怕是高估了課稅收入。且根據財政部國債鐘資料，目前中央政府債務1年以上未償餘額達5兆2861億元，平均每人負債達23.3萬元。

葉津鈴表示，潛藏負債預估增加最多的項目為勞工保險的1兆3423億元，去年預估1年增加3943億，今年卻暴增，若不是勞保局估算錯誤，就是刻意要恐嚇勞工，勞保即將破產。（黃揚明／台北報導）
