福音！乳癌口服標靶藥　下周一納健保給付

中央健保署表示，下周一起，健保將給付乳癌第1個口服標靶藥「泰嘉錠」（Tykerb），幫助罹患乳癌合併腦部轉移的病人；此藥每粒502元，以每名患者日用5粒估算，可減輕每人每月約7萬5千元的藥費負擔。

根據健保署統計，乳癌為女性癌症第2位，除侵犯乳房外，更可能轉移到遠處器官，如肺、肝、骨骼、腦部等，而發生腦轉移比例約15%至25%，是目前轉移性乳癌最困難治療的部分，病患若以化療結合手術切除及腦部放療，平均存活期約4到6個月，若配合泰嘉錠使用，則可多活1年以上，約可再延長15.7個月的存活期。

健保署估計，泰嘉錠納入健保第1年，可有34名患者受惠，用後壽命延長，到第5年可擴大至108人受惠，平均每人使用5.6個月。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
