北韓批安理會遭美脅迫　揚言先發制人

北韓常駐聯合國副代表李東日25日在聯合國總部召開記者會，抨擊安理會遭到美國的脅迫，未能對美韓軍演做出應對。他警告北韓會對美國實施核打擊。 　　

李東日稱，北韓在上月底致函安理會，要求就美韓軍演問題召開緊急會議，但沒有得到答覆。在8月18日美韓軍演開始的當天，北韓再次向安理會本月輪值主席、英國常駐聯合國代表格蘭特遞交正式信函，表達同樣要求，但安理會沒有作出回應。 李東日表示，為了應對美韓軍演，北韓也將每年舉行大規模演習，並發射火箭。他還警告會對美國使用核武，實施先發制人的核打擊。 　　

美韓於8月18日至29日舉行乙支自由衞士聯合年度軍演。北韓此前反覆要求美韓停止軍演，但被拒絕。北韓外務省發言人譴責美韓軍演，稱北韓將採取「更高程度、無法預測的自衞措施」。（國際中心／綜合報導）
