基本工資審議委員會 資方代表杯葛

勞動部今天早上10時舉行基本工資審議委員會，資方委員無人出席，只派兩名代表，勞方委員六人出席，一人代表，勞方委員人數多過資方委員，勞動部長陳雄文昨天受訪時表示，不排除開第二次委員會。

資本工資審議委員會今天舉行，事前資方代表表示，將聯合抵制今年的基本工資審議委員會，今天上午資方委員無人出席，只有工業區廠商聯合總會與中小企業總會各派一名代表。

根據基本工資審議委員會議事程序規定，列席代表只能陳述意見，不能參與表決。勞動部表示，以往委員會通常都由共識決，讓勞資雙方充分陳述意見，較少動用表決權，因此出席人數，對最後決議應不會有影響。
