毒品漲價要囤貨　遭警查扣800公克

新北市三重區一名29歲林姓餐廳廚師，因染毒多年無法戒癮，日前透過一名南部友人，以20萬元購買800公克K他命囤租置於三陽路處。孰因，不時有複雜人士進出其中，加上鄰居聞到類似塑膠味道，鄰居深怕住處安全有慮，趕緊向警方報案。

日前晚上8時許，轄區光明派出所接獲線報，派員前往查察，果真一到現場既聞到陣陣「K」味，原想趨前按鈴。孰料，林男正從外準備入內，馬上將其攔下盤問。只見林男神色緊張，兩手不時抖動，經搜身當場查獲2點多公克K他命一包，徵得林男同意入屋查察，又在床頭小置物箱內發現另9包共計近800公克K他命，一粒眠2顆帶回偵辦。

偵訊時，林男否認販賣向警辯稱，因為近來毒品不斷漲價，他才會大量購買毒品囤貨，警訊後依毒品罪嫌將林男移送法辦。（曾伯愷／新北報導）
