調查局爭績效　辦外患罪踩兩岸紅線

陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉洩密案爆發後，調查局主動拉高案情，試圖以外患罪交高檢署立案偵辦，卻因法律適用問題遭拒，失控的作為讓高層相當錯愕。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，黨政人士痛批調查局「頭腦懷掉」，用外患罪辦張不成，非但連累政府公信力，更差點誤踩將對岸視為外國的兩岸紅線，重傷兩岸互信基礎。而知情人士也指出，這次調查局之所以積極偵辦張案，可能與近來辦案績效遠遜於廉政署有關，在辦大案的績效壓力下，才想藉由張案一舉雪恥。（胡治言／綜合報導）
