焦點股～基亞連19根跌停　今起每20分鐘撮合

新藥股基亞（3176）今天開盤就跌至113元的跌停價，是連續第19個交易日跌停，委賣張數高掛達8700多張。

櫃買中心昨天表示，基亞股票在最近30個營業日內曾發布處置，又因連續3個營業日達《櫃買中心作業要點》第4條第1項第1款，經本中心公布的注意交易資訊，因此從21日起的10個營業日，改以人工管制的撮合終端機執行（撮合作業大約是20分鐘撮合1次）。

櫃買中心也提到，各家證券商於投資人每日委託買賣基亞股票時，應就其當日已委託之買賣，向投資人收取全部買進金額或賣出證券。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
