15歲前女友喝酒醉　色男趁機性侵

新竹縣21歲的溫姓男子，去年才因偽造文書遭判刑2個月，去年11月溫男邀約四名男女友人飲酒作樂，並透過友人找來15歲的前女友一同參加，6人從晚間喝到隔天清晨1點多，15歲的嫩女友不勝酒力，溫男將她扶到屋內休息。
 
溫男見前女友昏睡之際，替其脫光衣褲，親吻少女全身，甚至性侵得逞。少女隔日醒來，發現自已全身赤裸，緊急穿好衣物，返家告訴家人，帶到醫院驗傷並控告溫男強制性交罪。
 
溫男否認強行性侵少女，但未通過測謊，且少女指證歷歷，同行4名友人事後也聽到少女抱怨遭對方性侵，因此檢方認溫男涉嫌重大，且5年內有再犯有期徒刑，是累犯，因此依強制性交罪嫌起訴，並向法官請求從重量刑。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
