高檢署發函各地檢署 不得夜間拒收人犯

國內各地檢署常有夜間拒收通緝犯情況，只有雲林照單全收，使代執行率偏高，致許多外縣市警察緝捕到通緝犯，再遠再晚都送雲林地檢署代執行，造成當事人諸多不便，尤其可易科罰金的外縣市通緝者，被送到雲林代執行，還要花錢搭計程車回家，高檢署昨天函文要求各地檢署不同夜間拒收，要依規定程序執行。
