食用醃小黃瓜 日本453人中毒

日本近日發生大規模集體食物中毒，7月26日靜岡市舉辦「安倍川花火大會」，有453名吃了冰醃小黃瓜後，驗出含出血性大腸桿菌O157，是日本10年來規模最大食物中毒案。

據媒體報導，靜岡市保健所表示，總計有453人被驗出含出血性大腸桿菌O157，其中108人因病情較為嚴重住院。

目前保健所除檢驗冰醃小黃瓜的調味器皿後，還為調查感染途徑，對削黃瓜皮的6位男性員工進行糞便檢驗。
