標題[請益] PMC機械工程師(約聘)

小弟在一個月前投了PMC機械工程師的職位 今天人資打電話來通知面試 跟我說是約聘性質的工作，讓小弟有點怯步 然後她又說轉正職還滿容易的(真的很容易嗎？) 因我目前有工作(台中，研發替代役剛退不久)，但待遇與福利都不好 退伍後一直想跳；之前很嚮往財團法人機構的工作 但聽到是約聘的，讓我感覺這份工作多了很多不安定感 一直拿不定主意是否要去面試，請各位給我一點意見 又或者是台中有哪間公司不錯，值得小弟投履歷的，感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.252.32.89 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407756069.A.047.html
