富喬工業汙染　農民陳情抗議

富喬工業斗六廠區排放的氣體含氟化物，影響方圓三公里的農作物，農民於去年、前年打官司爭取賠償，經法院裁定已賠償農民近千萬元。不過一波未平，一波又起，鄰近的蕉農、柚農近日再向地方民代陳情，當地咬狗社區理事長黃政吉表示，四、五十年的老欉文旦樹日漸枯萎，結果率直直落，他處的果樹結實纍纍，受汙染的果樹只能結出畸型果；香蕉葉枯萎，一株香蕉本來能生產30公斤，減產只剩10公斤，每根香蕉瘦得皮包骨，想賣也沒人要。富喬人員指出，廠方排放空氣的氟化物含量，遠低於標準值10毫米每立方公尺，但由於並非零檢出，所以只要能證明是廠方造成的損害，廠方都有誠意補償農民損失，針對本次農民反應，廠方會追蹤處理。（寶智華／雲林報導）
