陸維權人士高智晟 刑滿被釋

大陸知名維權人士高智晟今天刑滿被釋放，目前人在位於新疆烏魯木齊的岳父家中。

英國廣播公司（BBC）中文網7日訪問高智晟家人作以上報導。

報導說，現年50歲的高智晟因多年處理維權案件聞名，但也備受爭議。高智晟2006年被吊銷律師執業執照，並於同年12月被中國大陸法院以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」被判入獄3年，緩刑5年。
