榮化「黑管」藏雨水箱涵　疑銹蝕釀禍

高雄81氣爆造成嚴重傷亡，被指為元凶的李長榮化工被查出，涉嫌偷掛「黑管」，水利局認為，這可能就是造成氣爆的原因。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，高雄市水利局副局長廖哲民表示，李長榮化工涉嫌把石化管架在雨水箱涵支管裡，由於管線裸露在水氣及空氣中銹蝕，導致丙烯外洩，並隨著箱涵流竄到一心路、三多路，導致大規模氣爆。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
