您家的洗碗菜瓜布，多久換一次呢，專家說，菜瓜布上卡菜渣，肉渣，如果沒有清洗乾淨，二餐之間，菜瓜布上就能滋長1億個細菌，更有研究發現，公用菜瓜布比馬桶還髒，髒的程度，甚至高出20萬倍。

你洗我洗大家洗，碗盤杯子，一塊公用菜瓜布，全包了，但小心越洗越不乾淨，菜瓜布比馬桶還髒，卻和我們使用的餐具，天天接觸，三個月換一次，小心把細菌都吃下肚。

專家說菜渣，肉渣，如果沒有清洗乾淨，二餐之間，菜瓜布上就能滋長1億個細菌，菜瓜布成了細菌的溫床，要怎麼知道是不是該換了，其實有方法，要避免滋生細菌，可以選擇尼龍材質的菜瓜布，還有洞孔小，能減少菜渣殘留，使用器皿前，用熱水消毒也是方法之一，但最重要的是，要記得常更換菜瓜布。
