1名人妻與外遇男子自拍握鳥照，卻因此洩露姦情。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，基隆市1名約30多歲的何姓士官長，去年7月與妻子離婚，他用妻子退還的手機登入臉書帳號，驚見她與軍中江姓同袍鹹濕對話，還有女方握住男方生殖器的照片，2人還在海邊車震，讓他怒告江男。日前全案經法院審理，依相姦罪判處江男4個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金12萬，全案仍可上訴。（胡治言／綜合報導）
