網友騙要娶她　威脅少女傳裸照「鑑定」

就讀國中一年級的少女「小美」（化名），在臉書認識16歲少年「小史」，小史謊稱要娶她，威脅她傳裸照「鑑定」。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，小史先要她自拍上半身裸照給他「鑑定」，小美傳了照片後，對方再要她傳下半身裸照「完整鑑定」，否則就要散布她的上半身裸照。小史承認有此事，但強調未散布小美裸照，警方依恐嚇、妨害電腦使用罪將小史函送法辦。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
