半導體設備廠漢微科及萬潤第 2季業績躍升，分別創下單季歷史新高及歷史次高紀錄，激勵兩公司股價連袂走揚。

電子束檢測設備廠漢微科第 2季在半導體晶圓廠需求強勁，加上新產品效益顯現，業績表現亮麗，合併營收達新台幣18.8億元，季增 61%，並創單季業績歷史新高紀錄。

萬潤第2季在半導體封測廠及發光二極體(LED)廠客戶需求暢旺帶動下，合併營收更攀高至4.38億元，季增1.14倍，為單季業績歷史次高水準。

在第2季業績高成長激勵下，漢微科股價表現強勁，早盤即急拉漲停，達1280元，大漲80元，漲幅達6.67%。

萬潤股價也跳空開高，達66元，漲2.2元，漲幅達3.44%，只是隨後賣壓湧現，股價一度由紅翻黑。(中央社)
