小弟送一台asus nexus 7(2013)回去修理 用ibon寄回去 到現在兩個禮拜的一點消息都沒有... 中間有打給asus客服 第一次他跟我還沒檢測和維修 過一下會叫工程師回電 不過完全沒回電.... 第二次的客服連查都不查 直接跟我我他不知道 要幫我轉工程師 之後等半小時都忙線.. 還有不知為何我沒拿到維修單號 小7店員只有給我一張黑貓的追蹤單號(所以確定有到asus手上) 想問一下 維修時間大概等多久正常 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.82.51.232 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1404003866.A.60E.html
