【更新】張忠謀：贊成兩稅合一分開

由於今年有許多公司在股東會上調高股利，主要在於兩稅合一中的未分配盈餘要繳稅10%，台積電（2330）董事長張忠謀今指出，「事實上政府也有在討論是否兩稅合一要分開，是對的」，應該不要兩稅合一，未分配盈餘是鼓勵把盈餘都分配出去，但有繼續成長公司需要不斷投資，「那鼓勵把盈餘分配分出去的政策我覺得是不好的。」（蕭文康／新竹報導）
