黃景泰涉弊案 綠議員指「議長魔咒」

基隆市民進黨市議員游祥耀17日晚間說，國民黨籍的市長張通榮有酒駕關說案，連要參選市長的議長黃景泰也陷入替建商關說施壓弊案，民眾對國民黨已產生「信任危機」。

議員施世明指出，議長黃景泰被帶走涉入弊案，他自己要對外說清楚，他形容是「議長魔咒」，讓人不敢不信。

施世明說，基隆市前任及現任市長，均由議長轉任，卻都遭到判刑，導致市政停滯不前，呼籲基隆人改變這種政治沉痾，打破議長魔咒。

國民黨籍市議員韓良圻說，對市長選情有衝擊，但關鍵是議長黃景泰是否被收押，還要觀察，但對市議員選舉，衝擊應有限。
