標題員工遲到扣錢依然遲到寧願繳錢？

有一個員工，年資也快三年了，會遲到， 遲到的頻率不穩定，有時偶爾有時連續，遲到時間短至半小時長至三小時， 不過倒是不影響公司營運，工作能力也ok。 之前我看不下去訂了遲到罰 200 元的規定， 有稍微收斂點，不過後來他好像就不怕了依然作自己， 我想他可能認為他的換算時薪有 200 元以上， 所以花 200 元在家多睡個平均一小時不錯...... 有想過訂罰 500 元但覺得這樣太機車而作罷， 有和那個員工聊過，他是說他晚上根本睡不著都得早上才能入睡， 算算他因為遲到也被罰了 3~4 千有了 (有些小遲到我沒罰，15分內)， 我想他應該還是會遲到。 有比較良好的處理方法嗎？ 感覺也就只能這樣，至少他有扣遲到錢， 不罰的話一定一堆人跟進...... -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.255.84.224 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402678742.A.60A.html
