搭小黃未繫安全帶　陳國華撞凹胸骨Ivy破相

音樂製作人陳國華妻子Ivy昨在臉書透露，兩人周一深夜和朋友聚餐後，因有喝酒所以搭計程車回家，一上車就睡著，忘了繫安全帶，之後被巨大撞擊驚醒，計程車司機因閃躲一隻貓，撞上石頭護欄，車頭擠凹撞毀，之後陳國華與Ivy被救護車送到永和耕莘醫院，陳國華胸骨下凹變形、身上多處受傷，Ivy臉擦傷「像火燒」，夫婦在急診室度過一夜。
 
Ivy貼出兩人在急診室照片，表示：「這次應該是我和先生遇到最大的劫難，計程車報廢全毀，想想我們降子也算福大命大。」她昨下午1點半左右貼出此文，3點即撤下，後來po出朋友送花慰問照片。
 
依《道路交通管理處罰條例》，車輛於一般道路被查獲後座乘客未繫安全帶，將被罰1500元，於國道或快速道路則罰3000元到6000元，計程車因車上皆有告知乘客繫安全帶之標示，乘客違規將罰乘客，最高可罰4500元。（吳惠菁／綜合報導）
