傷害台灣的罪犯　馬：都要回來面對

總統馬英九今早接見來訪的布吉納法索外交部長巴索雷時，提到英國法院一審判決酒駕潛逃出國的英商林克穎，必須被引渡回台灣服刑。馬總統說，這證實我們跟無邦交國間，可以在尊重司法獨立、公平正義的前提下，讓罪犯無所遁逃於天地之間，這是個非常重要的司法合作先例。

馬總統說，我們跟英國無邦交，卻可以簽署引渡備忘錄，證明我們只要把一個國家建制成政治民主 、司法獨立，以及社會繁榮，一定會得到許多國家的尊重，使得我們在國際關係推動上有發展。馬也肯定外交部和法務部的努力，希望他們再接再厲，讓潛逃在外，傷害在我國民利益的罪犯 ，都必須回到台灣面對他們必須面對的懲罰。

林克穎當初在台灣酒駕撞死台灣孝子，易容化妝後持友人護照，矇騙過我國海關逃回英國。我駐英代表處不斷跟英方交涉，英國法院昨一審判決他需回台服刑，但全案仍可上訴。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
