台北地檢署偵辦桃園八德合宜宅弊案，9日晚間以證人身分傳喚興富發建設董事長鄭欽天等人作證，訊後均請回。

北檢偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，9日首度提訊遭收押禁見的趙藤雄，釐清他的行賄始末。晚間為釐清葉世文案，則另外以證人身分傳喚鄭欽天，

據了解，由於葉世文在新北市新莊的房產登記在女性密友陳麗玲名下，被爆出疑似是葉世文向建商興富發凹來的，因此檢方向興富發調取資料，以釐清房產取得的過程。

鄭欽天接受訊問約2小時，在9日晚間近11時30分離開北檢，直說「不要為難我」。至於被問及對於趙藤雄被收押的看法，他說，「嘜相害」；媒體詢問他是否以低價賣房給陳女，他則反問記者是「哪一台的？」

他的委任律師鄭崇文表示，鄭欽天是以證人身分配合檢方訊問，基於偵查不公開而無法公開案情。

北檢與廉政署查出，趙藤雄為取得桃園八德合宜住宅興建標案，由遠雄公司副總魏春雄聯繫，涉嫌透過學者蔡仁惠當白手套交付賄款新台幣1600萬元給前桃園縣副縣長葉世文。4人皆遭收押禁見。(中央社)
