說來很簡單啊, 轉移大家的需求, 甚至扭轉大家非買房不可的觀念就行了.

只要需求大幅降低, 何需干預房價, 它自然就照市場機制自行調整了.

問題是根本沒能準備好誘因來引導大家扭轉罷了.

為何誘因準備不好, 因為執行力差不說還弊端連連啊.

所以solution在哪裡, 答案在主事者的心裡吧?

真有心有誠意去推動該推的東西的話, 有了信任感的我們只要邊專心工作邊等待就夠了,

才不要為這浪費口水,聊別的不很好？

更沒人希望為了這種事互罵, 難道我們天天互罵有益身心健康嗎
