少子化衝擊　學者籲「開發高齡勞動力」

台灣「少子化」問題嚴重，也直接影響我國勞動人口數。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，台灣明年勞動人口觸頂後，將逐年遞減，行政院要求各部會針對缺工問題提出因應對策；據了解，為避免製造業缺工出走，經濟部準備向勞動部爭取放寬技術性外勞在台工作年限，但學者建議，企業應開發五十五歲以上高齡人口勞動力。
