南韓選舉 被視為世越號試煉

（法新社首爾4日電） 南韓選民今天投票選舉全國地方議員和地方政府各級首長，許多人認為這次選舉等同對總統朴槿惠處理南韓4月「世越號」船難的認同投票。

朴槿惠政府應對世越號悲劇的方式受激烈抨擊，而今天上午6時（台北時間上午5時）開跑的這場選舉，是對船難政治餘波的第一個真實試煉。

總統領導研究院（The Institute ofPresidential Leadership）院長崔真（Choi Jin，音譯）說：「這場災難全然改變選情。」

他說：「其他議題大多被擺在一旁，究竟要捍衛朴槿惠還是對她究責，成為真正的問題。」

因此，此次地方議員和地方政府各級首長，包括17名市長和道知事（相當於省長）選舉，成為對執政政府的認同公投。

南韓發行量最大的「朝鮮日報」昨天頭版斗大標題寫著：「地方選舉歸結為對朴槿惠的審判。」

南韓政壇有強烈的地域偏見，特定地區根深蒂固支持特定政黨，版圖不易鬆動，地方選舉尤其如此。

但南韓最大反對黨新民主政治聯盟（NPAD）希望將執政新世界黨（Saenuri Party）承受的民怨，轉換成自身選票，成功插旗多個關鍵市長和道知事選舉。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
