「死胖子走開！」　毆打女經理罰5萬

去年9月下午2時許，基隆市1名唐姓女子，前往女兒離職的公司，領取女兒的僱傭契約與出勤紀錄，一名林姓經理上前阻止表示，「必須本人辦理，請妳離開！」唐女不聽勸硬闖辦公室，不滿林姓女經理擋路，怒嗆「死胖子走開！」竟出手呼林女一巴掌，並推撞林女胸部，導致對方全身多處擦傷，員工趕緊報警處理。
 
警方調閱監視錄影畫面，證實唐女確實有動手傷人，同時也錄到唐女罵人聲音，將唐女移送法辦。日前全案經法院審理，依滯留建築物、傷害與公然侮辱等罪嫌，判處拘役30天、有期徒刑2個月，得易科罰金55000元，全案仍可上訴。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
