潛規則？議員：遠雄大巨蛋案吃定政府

北市議員高嘉瑜今天記者會質疑遠雄興建大巨蛋，按合約應在6月底完工，經市府同意展延到8月14日完工，取得使用執照。但工程進度嚴重落後，遠雄度向市府要求展延882天，到明年底完工，後年試營運。

她說，遠雄總仗著2017世大運，一再變更設計，要求展期，吃定市府，市府也任其予取予求，令人質疑當中是否有何潛規則？遠雄集團發生行賄弊案，是否會影響大巨蛋工程？

台北體育園區執行秘書高文婷說，遠雄發生其他弊案，會不會影響大巨蛋工程，市府已積極評估。至於遠雄再提出展延，理由很多，市府正抽絲剝繭，釐清原因，才會協商是否同意展延，若無法協商出結論，就交付仲裁。
