33歲 人生第一棟房子~

買房真的是條漫漫長路......

為了買房 陸陸續續大概看了3年多 目標定在宜蘭市

常常假日都在看房中度過......

那時一直覺得房價會跌 就再等等慢慢看 結果 一路看 一路漲

從公寓200多萬嫌貴 買不下手 一直看到現在差不多都要400萬!!

偶爾都會心中哀哀叫 "早知道當初就買了......"

哈哈 可惜世界上沒有早知道這件事.

終於在今年4月份有個機緣 找到理想的房子

位於宜蘭市區 離火車站 轉運站 3分鐘的距離

周邊2個大型超市及榮總跟陽明醫院新院區 近交流道

20年的房子 4樓半 建坪差不多60坪 門口停車 鬧中取靜

最重要的是位於父母家走路2分鐘!!

價位不到600萬 銀行鑑價比買價差10萬 算是沒有買貴

也順利貸到8成.....

工作了幾年 省吃儉用的也存了百來萬 剛好付頭期款

全部自付 免靠爸靠母.
