惠普上季營收下滑 宣布擴大裁員

惠普上季獲利符合市場預期，但營收令人失望，股價應聲挫跌逾2%。這家全球第二大PC 製造商並宣布將裁撤更多員工，顯示執行長惠特曼為期兩年半的整頓計畫正在苦苦掙扎。

惠普將裁員1.1萬至1.6萬人，加入先前已經宣布將裁撤的3.4萬人，總裁員人數最高達5萬人。惠普在去年10月止共有31.75萬名員工。

惠普在截至4月底止的會計年度第2季當中，淨利增加18%至12.7億美元，相當於每股66美分；不計入部份項目的每股獲利為88美分，符合市場預期。

上季營收較去年同期減少1%至273億美元，遜於分析師預估的274億美元。

發布財報後，惠普股價在收盤前下跌2.3%，終場報每股31.78美元，盤後續跌1.5%。
