【捷運殺人】看守所接見鄭捷　少年稱一時好奇

今早土城看守所出現一名19歲少年，竟然申請接見捷運屠夫鄭捷，讓各界開始揣測是否為模仿效應。但今天傍晚這名黃姓少年至土城分局說明，除澄清只是一早看到新聞，一時好奇便到北所申請接見鄭捷，並非小粉絲，製作炸彈一事也只是提起過去曾有類似想法，並非有此意圖。

黃姓少年向警方坦承，自己當時一時興起的行為不妥當，強調並非是小粉絲。他也提起自幼父母離異，高中畢業後就獨自在外租屋，打工養活自己，自認從小缺乏關愛，看到新聞發現年輕的鄭捷被關在看守所，只是想關心他，姑且一試申請接見，沒想到真的成功，但他澄清並未有類似想法。

後因黃姓少年並未有明確犯案事實，也表明炸彈一說僅是兒時想法，並非現在的企圖，黃男在配合警方到案說明後，經檢方認定後將黃男請回。（黃靖文／新北報導）
