【獨家】加拿大代表劉志攻改派駐英

外交高層證實，前國安會副秘書長、現任駐加拿大大表劉志攻，將改派英國，擔任我駐英代表。這位外交高層表示，台英關係近年逐漸升溫，劉志攻北美系統出身，美英關係密切，加上加拿大和英國政治體制接近，劉又外派過捷克，了解歐洲運作，希望他能在新的職務上好好發展，讓台英關係更進一步。加拿大代表缺則由現任駐洛杉磯辦事處處長令狐榮達接任。

劉志攻擔任國安會副秘書長期間，深受馬總統重用，提供許多外交專業見解，還曾被考慮擔任駐美代表，但因為美國認為層級不夠高，所以後來改派金溥聰前往，劉則調往加拿大擔任代表，駐加期間表現優異，還曾被「加國大使館周報」評選為「年度最佳宴會」冠軍。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
