新北市土城地區驚傳有女子疑似遭人勒斃棄屍！17日晚間10點多在土城永寧路段山區水溝內，發現一具年約20歲左右女子屍體，疑似遭人勒斃後棄屍，死亡時間約3天之久；目前警方已將現場封鎖，對案情展開調查。
