立法院院會今（29）日行使最高法院檢察署檢察總長人事同意權投票，上午9時6分開始投票，預定10時40分投票結束。民進黨團表態不進場投票，台聯黨團則開放投票。

總統府3月13日宣布，總統馬英九決定提名最高檢主任檢察官顏大和為檢察總長，咨請立法院行使同意權。

法院組織法規定，檢察總長由總統提名，經立法院同意後任命，任期4年，不得連任。

立法院目前有112席立法委員，顏大和要跨過同意權門檻，至少須獲出席立委過半數同意票。
