成大人踩健身機 運動兼發電

〔自由時報記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕天氣越來越熱，即將進入夏季用電尖峰，成功大學師生昨響應體育室主辦「發電達人」活動，齊聚在勝利校區體育健康休閒中心用力踩發電健身車、心肺橢圓機，既運動又兼發電，玩得笑呵呵。

成大表示，昨日有一百六十七人「種電」，產生超過二千瓦電力，約可提供四十Ｗ的日光燈使用五十小時。

成大「發電達人」活動在體育健康休閒中心開始，會場大排長龍，成大教務長林清河，到場為大家加油打氣，也以身作則坐上健身車，用力地踩踏貢獻電力。

林清河表示，成大是全國最先採用發電健身機的大學，倡導「運動創造綠能」概念之外，也希望師生養成規律運動習慣，未來希望把發電運動器材再做擴充，發揮更大效益，讓師生平常就可當個「發電達人」。

體育室老師馬上鈞表示，「發電達人」活動在去年廣受歡迎，今年改以個人接力方式進行，規定每人至少須進行五分鐘，參加者可任選心肺橢圓機或健身車等機種，運動強度也隨個人喜好可自行設定。
