跑完200米操場　少男猝死

就讀樹德家商2年級的洪姓學生（17歲），今早上午9時20分，在操場跑完2百公尺後，到休息區休息，突臉慘白，有同學發現通知學校老師，當時洪姓學生背靠階梯，坐著休息，老師趨前詢問，但洪姓學生無反應。校方趕緊以擔架將他送到保健室，醫護人員施以CPR急救，救護人員到場時施以電擊，仍無反應，送高醫急救宣告不治。

從事保險工作的洪的父親接獲通知，下午2時到警所，只說兒子無病史，身體相當健康，平時作息正常，既未熬夜，對於兒子猝死難過不已，洪父雖無異議，但檢警慎重，將擇日覆驗，釐清死因。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）
