警包夾抗議民眾　避免衝車道

今晨6點50分，警方進行驅離動作，柔性勸導後將民眾一一抬出，警分甚至使用手銬將不願意離開的民眾帶離，現場爆發多波衝突，終於將立院廣場內的抗議民眾清空，驅離過程中獨派的蔡丁貴更試圖衝往車道尋死，讓交通大打結。

遭驅離的民眾不願離去紛紛聚集在人行道上，但是見到蔡丁貴的尋死動作出現後，民眾情緒更加高漲，和警方玩起游擊戰，四處流竄，警方不敢大意，除了在立院內部署大批警力以防再度衝入外，另外為了防止抗議民眾再度衝向中山南路車道，警方也在中山南路上築起人牆，慢慢將抗議民眾推往人行道上內外包夾。（突發中心／台北報導）
