學運浪潮　美學者：民眾對中國「感到挫折」

台灣反服貿學潮持續未退，成為今天由大洛杉磯台灣會館與美國台灣研究院主辦「台灣關係法35週年研討會」的熱門話題。據中央社報導，美國企業研究所亞洲研究主席卜大年（Daniel Blumenthal）指出，學運顯示台灣民眾對中國及美國的對台政策，都「感到挫折」。
 
他也談到學運對台灣的影響，指出學運如果能形成「有組織的政治行動」，就能產生巨大影響，但若運動隨著集會結束而落幕，那就無法帶來影響。（國際中心╱綜合外電報導）
