中國中小企業從台灣搬錢　票來票去苦撐

中國銀行業壞帳偏高，貸款意願低落，缺乏現金的中小企業除設法輾轉從台灣貸款，不然就只能靠擔保票據苦撐，隨著成長放緩，這些票據已取代現金在企業間流通，業者說：「沒有人用現金，全都是票據。」
 
據《華爾街日報》報導指出，中國銀行系統未提供實體經濟足夠流動性，一般只對大企業放款，小企業無法獲得足夠貸款，部分中國企業前往台灣尋求信貸，推升台灣貸款利率衝上3年新高。
 
中國經濟走疲，銀行又不願放貸，許多企業面臨無法支付貨款窘境，有地產商甚至用公寓代替現金付給承包商？在現金愈來愈稀有之下，一種作為借條形式、保證在一定期間支付的承兌匯票逐漸被當成現金使用，在企業間轉手次數越來越多。
 
承兌匯票曾在2000年前後流動性吃緊時期大行其道，後來迫使中國政府大規模救市來解決。廣州萬穗小額貸款公司董事長張化橋（音譯）指出，類似的問題可能在半年內重演，中國壞帳問題正全面擴大。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
