林飛帆：人民議會明開議　陳為廷控「國會4大寇」

太陽花學運持續抗爭，總指揮陳為廷今天上午表示，馬總統在金溥聰上月底返台後，態度轉趨強硬，要求2周內清理議場，代表馬政府急得像熱鍋上的螞蟻 ，他們不排除再上街頭，呼籲國民黨立委儘速簽承諾書。

太陽花學運總指揮林飛帆說，朝野協商破局也沒關係，會將國會議場會收拾整齊，明天開始，將在議會開議召開「人民議會」，1500人分成60組，做為延長加賽很重要的一環，也邀朝野立委加入；另砲轟經貿國是會議，恐擴及憲政危機。

陳為廷籲藍委儘速簽承諾書，首先對立委陳根德露出半顆頭且貼上「小吉」；另譴責4名藍委林鴻池、林德福、吳育昇及張慶忠最該負責，稱他們為「國會4大寇」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
